can't hear I miss you guys so much and I'm excited to show you a butcher music challenge for the week is going to be so this is a lot of fun and I'm going to show you how to do it and then it's something that you can how to make your own to which makes it even better so you don't need too many things for this all you need is three classes or jars or something like that that you have in the house the most important part is that they do need to be made out of glass to work for this and you need and you are going to do water and some kind of measuring tools for my glasses they were a little too small for me to use cups for my water so I actually activity is going to be remind me of some of the things that we know about hitch so we talk about Pitch A Lot in talk about instruments especially we tend to talk about the size of the instrument affecting the pitch or remember how high or how low a sound has so I reminded you of this quick the smaller the instrument the higher the pitch the larger the instrument the lower the pitch so our water in our cops today is going to the pitch I have a half cut in my first got here I have one whole cup and so I use 1/2 cup for these so I did one scoop and three scoops if you had bigger jars it would be even cooler to just do one cup two cups in 3 cups fit it so they all need to be same size of container so that is just a water level that is changing so I didn't give you a minute to think about this and see what they say which cup do you think is going to have the lowest pitch okay yes it's going to be this cup the cup with the most water in it just think about it we said that the bigger the instrument the lower the sound so this one is going to have a lower sound now Wichita is going to have the highest pitch the one with the least amount of water so we're going to lowest pitch highest pitch this one Tolo back to let us when we type let tap lightly on the bus just going to let us play some songs so I have two songs that I can show you today that are super simple that we can do with just three cups so I figure I can Isaac do you recognize this song yeah I was Mary had a little lamb all right. One more Yeah Yeahs Hot Cross Buns that you can do you can fill up your cup you can do the same way that I did it and I'll write down these expression so you can remind me to remind you that and you can play those two songs and you can sing along while you do it and here's the other part is you can add more cups with current amount of water to change it I could add more water to discuss to change the pitch of this middle cup I could add extra cups with less or more water so that you could come up with your own song so and let me know what you think and if you come up with your own song or if you just have so much fun playing at me and this pain guys playing your cup so let me know if you have any questions super fun super simple and we miss you guys so much we love you and I hope to see you
