Welcome to Mrs. Sanders' Integrated Preschool Class!

About Mrs. Sanders

I graduated from Taylor University in 2003 with a degree in Social Work and focus on Developmental Disabilities.  I worked with children and adults with special needs for 12 years, then took some time off to raise my family.  I decided to go back to school and got my license to teach Special Education from MTSU. I began at Rockvale in the fall of 2020 and have loved teaching integrated preschool!  I am married and have three children and two dogs.  My favorite color is teal.  My favorite drink is an Iced Caramel Frappuccino.  My favorite food is Mexican. 

 

The integrated preschool program serves children who have been identified with a disability and have an IEP (Individual Education Plan).  Our classroom also has three typically developing peer models.  If you are interested in learning more about the program, please feel free to send me an email at [email protected].
