Welcome to Miss Rockwell's 4th Grade Class
My name is McKenzi Rockwell. This is my sixth year teaching at Rockvale Elementary, and I couldn't be happier to call this place home. I love getting to know students, and I enjoy helping them learn and grow throughout the year! I am passionate about helping every child feel motivated, successful, and loved in my room! - I send a weekly Dojo message to parents about our subject area learning goals for the week as well as any upcoming dates/events each Monday.
- Students will have a monthly calendar in their binders to serve as a behavior chart. We have incentives each month, and your child will be involved in the reward as long as they meet the expectations of no more than four marks in a month. Marks are given for behaviors such as off-task, responsibility, talking at inappropriate times, and disrespect.
- Students bring home a "Graded Paper" folder every Monday. Please review these grades with your child, sign, and return the following day.
