Reading:  author's purpose poetry

High Frequency Words:  brought, piece

 Spelling Words

Spelling words for the upcoming week will be posted on Fridays under "Spelling words".

STUDENTS MUST USE CAPITAL LETTERS IN THE CORRECT PLACES AS WELL AS REMEMBER THE PUNCTUATION MARK IN THE DICTATION SENTENCE TO BE COUNTED AS CORRECT ON THE SPELLING TEST ON FRIDAY.

CHALLENGE WORDS:  earn an extra point

BONUS WORDS:  earn 2 points 

 

Homework CODES:

Write Spell = Write spelling words on the paper provided
Study Spell = Study spelling words for a test the following day
Math = There will be a math worksheet to complete
NO HW = No homework
AR = Read library books (AR books)

IR = Do a few minutes of iready math online lessons
WKSHT=A worksheet or torn out workbook page needs to be completed of some type needs to be completed
